4 days until Christmas 2007 and...

Another one of my friends has left Avanade after a long employment...actually make that 3 people. Paul is leaving after 7 years, Ricardo after 8, and Rusty after 3. How the time flies.

I left work early today as it is the last work day of the year for me at least. I am really looking forward to not having to worry about work for a while. Instead I get to worry about the washing machine in my house. I am doing some laundry and well, the basin of the machine won't spin. The water will fill and empty, but the basin stays stationary. I love it. NOT. I just wrote to my landlord - I hope that he is checking his email. If not, then I guess it will be trips to the laundromat or my parents house until this thing gets fixed or replaced. I wish we owned our own house at least then I could easily go to Sears and buy myself a new washing machine...

At least I have all of my presents and they are all wrapped. Just holiday baking to do!
