Change is good.
An eye opening experience? Alaska Airlines will offer non-stop flights to Hawaii? New job possibilities on the horizon? Friends having children? Ordering a new item at your favorite restaurant?
Change is good. It is a good thing, a very good thing. Where is my Martha Stewart voice over?
Chris and I have been talking about houses a lot even though we currently lack the money to finance the purchase of the "ideal" house that we both want to live in. Over the Memorial Day weekend he quite randomly exclaimed that we could stay in our current house and purchase it from our landlord. We then discussed all of the renovations and changes that could occur in the house to make it more our style. Almost made me want to break out The Sims to build out a house with plug and play windows and door frames. Is staying where we are -- is that such a good idea? Initially I thought "no way I want a change", but change could occur within our current building boundaries. Although it may not change the neighbor situation with them dumping their garbage into OUR garbage can...
...or when we change the house we could build a shed for the garbage cans. Heh heh. Change is good.
