Long time, no blog!

Ok, for those of you who apparently read this blog (I'm impressed by how many read, but don't leave physical comments--they just tell me in the hallways at work...), here I am again, blogging. Curling season has come to an end sadly. Our little team consisting of myself, Chris and Joe--we did pretty well. We finished first during the skills challenge by over 20 points (trying to make individual shots and earning points, kind of like a skins version of curling) so that is pretty impressive. But now that Curling is over for the most part--I have my Sundays back! What will I do, hopefully something that will get me out of the house, right?

Work has been keeping me extremely busy. So much so that I have been staying later and later and later each day. Good because I am getting a lot of stuff done, but bad since I come home and my mind is racing and all I seem to think about is what I'll be doing the next day at work. I'm working on this massive taxonomy project conversion thing--well, in short I am trying to decipher uncommented code and it is way fun yet also tedious. Luckily we have a temporary employee helping to cover some of the tasks that I normally do, but I often feel that I am still doing all parts of my job even with the temp because she needs a lot of guidance.

This coming weekend is Easter. My family and I will be celebrating Ching Ming, basically going to the cemetaries where the relatives are buried--eating, cleaning grave sites, leaving flowers and spending time with each other.

Ok..something humorous, something funny. Uh, perhaps not tonight as my mind is racing about work still. Squirrel, please!
